Hermetic Principles I

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

The principles of truth are seven; he who knows these, understandingly, possesses the Magic Key before whose touch all the Doors of the Temple fly open. These seven principles are: 1,

Principle of Mentalism.
Correspondence principle 2.
Vibration Principle 3.
4 th Principle of Polarity.
5 th Principle of Rhythm.
6 th Principle of Cause and Effect.
Principle 7 of the Gender and Generation. Let

later review on each of these principles:

The Principle of Mentalism:

"THE ALL is MIND; The universe is mental." This Principle embodies the truth that "all is Mind."

explains that THE ALL (which is the Substantial Reality underlying all the outward manifestations and appearances which we know under the terms of "the material universe," "the phenomenon of life ',' material ',' energy 'and, in short, all that is apparent to our material senses) is SPIRIT which in itself is UNKNOWABLE and UNDEFINABLE, but can be considered and designed as a universal mind, INFINITE, LIVING.

also explains that all the world or universe great is simply a Mental Creation of THE ALL, subject to the laws of created things, and that the universe as a whole and in its parts or units, has its existence in the mind of THE ALL, in which Mind we "live and move and have our being. "
This principle, establishing the Mental Nature of the Universe, easily explains all of the varied mental and psychic phenomena that occupy such a large portion of public attention, and that without such explanation, are understandable and defy scientific treatment. An understanding of this great Hermetic Principle of Mentalism enables the individual to readily grasp the laws of the universe mental, and apply them to their welfare and advancement.
The Hermetic Student is enabled to apply intelligently the great Mental Laws, instead of using them in a haphazard manner.
With the master key in his possession, the student may unlock the many doors of mental and psychic temple of knowledge, and enter the same freely and intelligently. This principle explains the true nature of "Energy," "Power" and "matter", and why and how all these are subordinate to the Mastery of the mind. One of the old Hermetic Masters wrote, long ago:

"He who grasps the truth of the mental nature of the universe
is well advanced on the path to mastery."

And these words are as true today as in the time they were written by first time. Without this Master-Key, Mastery is impossible, and the student knocks in vain at the many doors of the temple.

The Meaning Of Beed Bracelets

The Tree of Life Meditation and Breathing II

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Before we can understand the meaning of any Sephirah isolated, it is necessary that we capture in lines Overall, as a whole, which means Otz Chaim, the Tree of Life.
is a hieroglyph, a composite symbol, which aims to represent the cosmos in its entirety and, at the same time, the human soul in relation to that. The more we study the hieroglyph, the more we realize that is a perfectly adequate representation of the tree and that we can use it as an engineer or mathematician to calculate the rule used to investigate and calculate all the complications of both visible and invisible existence as well as external nature and the depths of the soul.

In the diagram shows that it is a combination of ten circles arranged in a certain way and linked together by certain lines. These circles are the Ten Holy Sephiroth and the lines connecting each represent the Paths whose number is 22.

Each Sephira (Sephiroth, Sephiroth singular) is a phase of evolution and in the language of the rabbis are called the Ten Holy Emanations. The trails that are among them are phases of subjective consciousness, the paths or steps (from the Latin Gradus, Steps) by passing the soul in its implementation of the Cosmos. The Sephiroth are objective, the Paths are subjective.

Remember again that we are not exposing the traditional Kabbalah rabbis, as a historical curiosity, but also expose the structure to generations of students, started them all, and some supporters or teachers, have been building up gradually, making the Tree of Life the instrument of their spiritual development or work magic.

This is the modern Kabbalah, or Alchemical Kabbalah, as sometimes called, and contains many things that do not belong to the rabbinic tradition, as we shall see in due time.
now consider the general provision and the meaning of the Tree.
will be seen that the circles representing the Sephiroth are arranged in three vertical columns and at the head of the center, which is higher than the other, forming the apex of the triangle of Sephiroth is the Sephira Kether.
To cite the words of MacGregor Mathers:

the infinite ocean of negative light does not come from a center, because it lacks because it accumulates at a , which is the number one of the manifested Sephiroth (Kether, the Crown, the First Sephira). Eli

first spoke about the position that we must take to meditation.
They sit comfortably in a chair with feet on the ground. Palms upward and above the knees or thighs.
The tip of the thumb is attached to the tip of the index finger. The head should be tilted slightly forward. Not much, as it causes dizziness. Gently closed eyes facing forward and facing a window or other type of lighting. Do not sit in the dark, nor use the candle light, which causes distraction due to movement flame. Sit in a quiet place without interruption and without discomfort.

The spine should be perpendicular to the ground. This is not a rigid position, nor a slouch all almost touching the ground. Should only be perpendicular, and this is to get a mental approach with the benefit of one type of sensory deprivation. This is why it is very important that the comfort of our physical body is adequate and thus prevent our bodies do not become a battleground between pain and itching.

is very important that your knees are below the hip. For yoga postures can be achieved some mattress where they can get on and off about 6 to 12 inches of soil, leaving the knees touching the ground and back up.
The first point is an approach to work while meditating seated. In this way we discover how our mind works and also distract keeps us locked in a normal state of mental awareness.

To do this, we suggest three exercises should be done on different days over a period of 5 to 10 minutes. Should follow in the order given here.
day
Exercise number one:

take the position that we have already spoken. Take a few deep breaths and relax. With closed eyes focus your attention on the tip of your nose and start looking at their breaths. Inhale and exhale gently through your nose and count each breath cycle as they come and go. Do not let your mind wander or be distracted by anything.
If you lose your account, start afresh. Do this for at least 5 minutes. When finished, write on a piece of paper could take few breaths before he lost the account and what were the things that distracted him, as sounds, thoughts, concerns, discomfort, etc .... It is vital to write all these distractions.

Vision Psychic Meditation and Breathing

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Man's consciousness, through which he knows anything, is what we call psychological comfort because we know that is an essential attribute of the soul. Purely chemical processes in the body of man, as in the natural activities of these cells, is a kind of consciousness-related, although not a true part of it, with the higher consciousness that we call mental, or part of the soul man.

The purpose of this sublime psychic awareness is made that man is a being capable of knowing and knowing.

psychic powers

We need to exercise that tests the mental consciousness can see regardless of the physical eye, not only for the demonstrations of the visions in dreams, but also for those rare events of the waking state, that we have a glimpse of people, places and things that are not within the optical field of the eye.

The development of this natural ability to see psychically normal and we are more comprehensive and reasonably easy when we realize that their absence in the individual case is due to neglect, to denial and failure to develop it as possibility.

If you are locked in a room soundproofed for a period that began in early childhood and lasts until early adulthood, we see that the power of physical hearing would be limited and lack of development. The lack of use of any power or function of the body, or inner self, its usefulness and effectiveness. The opposite is also true, while logical.

What will then be the means to develop the psychic sense of vision? First of all, clear our minds and our behavior life in the false belief and established habits to stick only to our physical eyes. This is only once you have done, delete the major obstacle to the very psychic vision.

The second step is to strengthen and stimulate psychic powers. With a new understanding of vision, and the removal of the obstacle, there is no reason to doubt physically or mentally to take any means of developing a faculty neglected and despised. Eli

For most spiritual traditions, as well as also for the world view of systems theory, it is essential to recognize that we are not separate entities, isolated but integral and organic parts of the vast web of life. As such, we are like neurons in a neural network, through which flow currents of awareness of what happens to us as a species and as a planet. In that sense, the pain we feel for our world is a living testimony of our interconnectedness with it.

If we deny this pain, we become locked into neurons and stunted, stripped of the vital flow, weakening the larger body of which we take our being. But if we let it move through us, we affirm our belong, our collective consciousness increases. We open to the pain of the world with confidence that we can shatter or we can isolate, since we are not objects that can break. We are resilient patterns in the vast network of knowledge.

have been conditioned to see ourselves as separate entities, competitive and therefore fragile, it takes practice to relearn this type of elasticity. A good way to start is to practice the simple directness, as in the exercise of "breathing through," adapted from an ancient Buddhist meditation for the development of compassion.

Closing his eyes, focus your attention on your breathing. Do not try to breathe in any special way, slow and long. Just watch as is breathing in and out. Notice the sensations that accompany it in the nostrils or upper lip, chest or abdomen. Remains passive and alert, like a cat to a mouse hole

... ... While watching the breath, you notice that happens by itself, without your will, not your decision to inhale or exhale every time ... it's as if you were Breathe - Breathe for life ... Just like everybody in this room, in this city on the planet today is breathing, sustained in a vast web of life breathable.

... ...

Now visualize your breath as a jet or a ribbon of air flowing through you. Look flowing up through your nose, down the trachea and going into your lungs. Now pass it to your lungs through your heart. Picture it flowing through your heart and out through an opening, to reconnect with the larger web of life. Let the breath-stream, as it passes through you, appear as a bond that is part of this huge network, connecting you with it.

... ... Now open your awareness to the suffering present in the world. Lower all defenses and make your knowledge of this suffering. Let him come in the form as concrete as possible ... images of your fellow beings in pain and needs, fear and isolation, in prisons, hospitals, apartment buildings, in camps of hunger ... no need to tighten these images are present on you under our interexistence. Relax and just let them flourish ... and countless difficulties many of our fellow humans, and also our animal brothers and sisters, as they swim the seas and fly in the air on this planet sick ... breathe in the pain, as dark granules in air stream, up the nose, down the trachea, lungs and heart, y saliendo otra vez a la red mundial … no hagas nada con los gránulos por ahora, salvo dejarlos pasar a través de tu corazón.

… …

If images or feelings arise and there is only blankness, gray and numb, breathe through. Numbness itself is a very real part of our world ...

And if what emerges will not the pain of others as much as your own suffering, then they breathe that through. Your own grief is an integral part of the pain of our world, and arises with it

... ... If you feel a pain in the chest, a pressure in the chest, as if his heart would break, that's fine. Your heart is not an object that can break ... if it were, they say the heart that breaks open can contain the entire universe. Your heart is so big. Trust him. Keep breathing.

... ...

This guided meditation is used to introduce the process of breathing through which, once we become familiar with it, becomes useful in many situations of everyday life that confront us with painful information. Breathing through the bad news, rather than hang on to them, we can do to strengthen our sense of belonging in the vast web of being. Eli
